Having recently moved to the Dundonald we set off in search of tiles for bringing our 20yr old house up to date. We knew that a number of tile shops existed in the Ards/Bangor area and happened by good chance whilst in searh mode to land in Tileworks. We were immediately impressed by the displays of tiles on framed walls which give us a better opinion on what we were looking at.
(Other so called upmarket shops that we visited had only single tiles out on display).
The staff were warm but not overbearing and let us browse round

We did make one visit to an renown tile shop on the Lisburn Road before Tileworks that scared to life out of us, to find the same tile in Tileworks much cheaper!
Overall findings
1. Good knowlege of tiles
2. Good knowlege of tiling, I am a DIY tiler and was able to manage with the information supplied by the helpful staff
3. Good Price, forget the Lisburn Road – seriously, absolutely shocking and same product!
4. Good support – everything I needed was on site and delivered to door no hassle with a second delivery not questioned to help me.
5. Good Craic – All The Staff are down to earth, approachable and very importantly realalistic real people, they answered our questions before we asked which is good :)
No hesitation in recommending folk to Tileworks and no I am not related just a home improver. I have used Tileworks for Bathroom/Shower refurb, and new Kitchen floor/wall. I will also look for their support in en suite job in 2015
